I read an article about this in the Clarion Ledger. Apparently this is a professional PR guy that got sick of folks making fun of MS. Since you are an "out of stater," going to Tiger High, I'm sure you don't appreciate all the true joys of being from MS :)

Everyone knows that Memphis is the "real" Capitol of the State of Mississippi. The fact that it is in Tennessee is just a technicality. Like Greg said, we had shoes, and we had electricity, and flush toilets. LOL.
