The great classical choruses from Messiah, the Brahms and Verdi requiems, and Mendelsohn's Elijah are my favorite. But I also like some country western -- go figure!
Loud and fast, slow and sad, banjos and fiddles, classical piano, Jerry Lee on piano, my 12 yr. old daughter on piano, AC/DC, Johnny Cash, The Ramones, Dean Martin
Wow...I thought I was the only strange one. I love Country, fast paced contemporary Christian, old rock, rock ballads, 80's hair bands, bluegrass, classical, etc.
I don't care for the show tunes (sorry Danny), today's rap (I used to love MC Hammer and Run DMC), and don't know the new heavy stuff.
Lots of Jack Johnson, Jars of Clay, Cash, Mozart, Hayden, Marley, U2, GNR, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Louis Armstrong, Billie Holiday, Taize, John Mayer, The Cure, Beatles, Miles Davis, Sting, Coldpay, Third Day, Clapton, Willie, Gabriel, Simon... eek my iPod is even confused now. :)
