Thought of the Day !!

"He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
Revelation 21:4 (NIV)

God created the world. And He said that it was "Good".

In the Garden of Eden everything was perfect. There was no Cancer. There was no Alzheimer's. There was no AID's. There was no diabetes, no problems with high cholesterol or blood pressure. There was no need for money, which meant that there were no poor. There was no hint of global warming.

Then came original sin, disobedience, selfish pride, which in turn led to punishment, banishment, hardship.

But this verse isn't talking about how things were, but how things will be. It shares a glimpse of how things will be when the old order has passed away and a new one has come for us. I can't completely imagine what this new order will be like. But I believe it will have at least one thing in common with the Garden. Things will be like they were before sin arrived.
