John, No it is not limited. But if you vote for someone who's not known, it's likely they won't win the much esteemed and coveted "Bloggy".
Oh yes, if I actually get much response from this, I may delete the answers and tally them offline for the surprise effect. If not much response ...then what's the use anyway? :)
I wish I could spend time reading more blogs, but I tend to focus only on a handful.
