The consistently best preacher that I've heard is Dr. Michael Riley of Deermeadows Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL. Best specific sermon? I'm not sure.
imposssible to answer.
So much depends on what God does - and what we are willing to allow HIm to do too.
by that I mean that you can hear good preaching - but if our lives are not transformed by it - well it's meaningless in the long run.
The best sermons preach the gospel and move us forward in our walk with God.
why did you ask?
I'd have to go with a memorable message a great number of people are familiar with, "The Sermon on the Mount."

We have visited Deermeadows Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida for approximately 1 1/2 years....I am the founding member of Pinewood Presbyterian Church in Middleburg, Florida and our pastor retired last year.....I knew some parishioners at Deermeadows and decided to attend.....I agree, Dr. Riley is the BEST....the Holy Spirit is there, the preaching is from the WORD, and his sincerity and energy shines through....two other things that excellent, the Choir Director and Choir, and also that women are allowed to speak/pray before the congregation.....in the PCA, this frowned upon.....
