What a fun question! I guess I'd have to say Revelation. Does that make me weird? I find the letters to the churches relevant to our churches today and I love the promises of chapter 20.
i've found myself reading a lot of matthew in prayer times, lectionary, or devotional stuff and i've been seeing things in there that i have not seen before, so i'm really enjoying that one
Tough question, I like so many of the books. If I were forced to pick one, I'd say the Psalms. They cover the range of human emotion in relationship to God.
I once heard a pastor on the radio talking about the Book of Proverbs. He recommended that Proverbs has 31 chapters and as a good practice, read one chapter a day. At the end of each month, you will have completed the whole book. In one year, you will have read the book 12 times.
I tried this. I kept it up for about 6 months, and I started and stopped for a couple of months after that. The Book was a huge help to me in my strictly, secular career. Specifically, how to deal with folk, how to judge right from wrong, how to act in a Wise and Godly matter with respect to all aspects of my life. How to deal with money, how to correct wrongs that I had committed (both intentional and unintentional).
I found this Study of the Book of Proverbs very beneficial in my practical, business life, not just on the spiritual side.

Proverbs...seem to have all of the problems we face daily...somewhere.
The wisdom and advice, if taken, make the days of my life easier to handle.
Wow - Proverbs is probably the hardest for me to read! I like reading Luke the best.
