Question of the day ??
Next week I will be going home to spend Thanksgiving with my family. For me, that is the best part of Thanksgiving. What is it for you? The food? Football? Time off? Hunting? What?

I am thrilled this year because my brother and sister-in-law are having Thanksgiving at their house. It is nice to not have to cook, clean, and be hostess :)
And isn't it all about the turkey?

Wife waking me up at 3 AM for Black Friday Shopping
The best part of Thanksgiving Day will be the nap that I will be taking following the meal!
This community has an ecumenical service at 10:00 am (at the Catholic church this year) and I will be reading scripture. As soon as the service is over, we head out for a 3 hour trip to my brother in law's for supper. Returning home on Friday.
Our church is hosting homeless families from Interfaith Hospitality Network, so I'll be a bit busy at church.
