Question of the Day ??

What's the greatest invention this world has ever seen?

* My answer would be Toilet Paper. Can you imagine a world without TP? Yuck! So what would you say? The Internet? The television? The gas engine? Oh come now, you can be more creative than that!

I would say TV, it brought news and entertainment to most everyone.

The printing press. Because of it bibles were no longer only kept in churches and as a result the word of God was for the first time available for individuals to read and discern.

My first thought when I read this was the same as Bro. Marty. In addition to Bible, the printing press led to the print media, the radio media, the tv media, and eventually, the internet.

brog, if we didn't have tp, then you'd see a lot more use of the bidet.

i'd say something like, symbolic language or even the wheel. as the gieco cave man says, the foundation for all mankind.

I don't think TP is an invention at all. It's more of an innovation IMO, of just plain paper, or whatever it is they use for wiping back in the days. Now bidet, on the other hand is a brilliant invention :)
