Getting through it for starters. Luckily, we had just completed converting the storage room across from the kitchen back to its original purpose as a nursery/toddler area on Saturday. We needed it with 9 kids in there. One couple with 2 little girls asked about moving their membership and having the girls baptised. From a joyous sunrise service through our regular worship time, it was a day to celebrate the risen Christ.
catching up with some old friends & the fam. getting to watch the masters. the ability to take a nap
Seeing the sun rise (even if through windows) while hearing the story of the resurrection read aloud!

I enjoyed the service tremendously. I used a dvd clip from the movie "The Guardian". It was the first time I've ever used video. I'm at my first church with the capabilities and am just now getting into it.
Also, as bad as I hate to say this because I've loved all my sunrise services in the past, I loved not having one yesterday. The only reason is that I was with church family yesterday afternoon and could enjoy our time instead of falling asleep.
I hope you all had a blessed Easter. May we all live as Easter people and not Good Friday folk.
Holy Week was difficult for me, Easter Sunday was not any better. I did get a phone call from my dad, I don't hear from him very often, so that made me happy!
