First of all, BBQ is what you do to the meat. Secondly, in the south, ya don't do that to beef! Personally, I like good BBQ pork...but a cruddy cut of beef, overcooked and mixed with BBQ sauce aint that bad either.

Yeah, but I'd much rather have a nice juicy steak or hamburger any day over the "cruddy cut of beef, overcooked and mixed with BBQ sauce". :)
Actually, I had some of what those Texans call BBQ last night. We had brisket sandwiches at our tent for the Relay For Life walk. They were good...just not BBQ.
