Thought of the Day !!

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

Some people see religion as something they do on Sunday mornings.  Others see it as a topic not to be discussed, along with politics.  Others see it in terms of denominational beliefs.  But James tells us that true religion means caring for those in need and keeping ourselves from getting caught up in our secular activities while forgetting the things of God.  May our lives be filled with this kind of religion.
